Who we are

ZYNCORE is a brand of JCP Global Consulting, registered in [NEEDED: Q10]. JCP Global Consulting is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to hello@zyncore.co.

What we collect, and why

Partner enquiries

When you send a requirement through the Contact page we collect your name, work email, company, country, the roles you need, and any message you add. We use it to reply to you, to prepare a shortlist and a proposal, and to keep a record of the enquiry. The form also records the country your connection came from and your browser type, which we use to spot abuse.

Candidate applications

Applications are submitted through a Google Form and include your name, contact details, career information, and the CV you attach. We use them to screen, prepare, and match you with roles, and to keep you in the pipeline for future roles. Google processes the form and stores the responses in Google Drive under our Google Workspace account. Google's own privacy terms apply to that processing.

Email

If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the matter it relates to is live, and for the retention period below.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate page counts and performance, not individual profiles.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share candidate details with a client without telling the candidate first.
• We do not use advertising trackers or run remarketing.

Where data is stored

Partner enquiries are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure and copied to our email inbox. Emails are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider. Candidate applications are stored in Google Drive. All three providers process data on our instructions under their standard terms.

How long we keep it

• Partner enquiries: until the enquiry is resolved, then up to 24 months so we can follow up.
• Candidate applications: while you remain in the pipeline. You can ask to be removed at any time.
• Records tied to a signed engagement: for the life of the engagement and as long as the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@zyncore.co and we will respond. If you are in the UK, the EU, or Australia, you also have the rights set out in the data protection law that applies to you, including the right to complain to your local regulator.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the contact form from bots, may store a short-lived token in your browser to do that.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use candidate or partner data will be sent to the people affected.
