You're contracted with ZYNCORE, not directly with the client. ZYNCORE holds your contract for the engagement.
Pay comes from ZYNCORE
You never invoice or negotiate payment directly with the client.
Work with the client team. Contract with us.
Day-to-day collaboration with the client team is completely normal; that's the job. Commercial and contract matters stay between you and ZYNCORE.
Deployment follows the client agreement
If the client's agreement with ZYNCORE ends, your deployment ends on the same terms. We then actively try to place you in another open role.
