01What ZYNCORE is
Not a marketplace. Not a one-off recruiter.
A marketplace hands you a list of freelancers and steps back. A recruiter places someone, invoices a fee, and moves on. In both cases the moment something goes wrong, you are on your own with a person you barely know.
ZYNCORE does the sourcing, screening, and preparation up front, then holds the contract and manages the engagement for its whole life. We bill monthly, per engineer, for as long as the work continues. If the fit is wrong, replacing it is our problem to solve, not yours. If the engineer needs support in month one, that is our account manager's job, not your lead's.
The same structure protects the people we place. They know who they are contracted with, who pays them, and what happens when an engagement ends, in writing, before they accept.

One contract, on both sides
Partners contract with ZYNCORE. Engineers are contracted through ZYNCORE. Nobody negotiates around us, which is what keeps the relationship stable and the placements fast.
One point of accountability
Every engagement has a named account manager who handles everything commercial and checks in on both sides through the first month and beyond.
Terms in writing, first
Candidates see every term before they accept a placement. Partners get a plain-language proposal, not a rate card. We would rather lose a deal than surprise anyone later.
